If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns

• Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• For safety and quality reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
